RETURN
Our promise is to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 7 days of receipt, and 14 days of receipt for international orders. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:
All items purchased on Sale / promotion code.
Discount code orders (welcome code / App welcome code excepted).
We charge $5 handling fee for every return item. This fee will be deducted from your refund once we process your refund amount.
RETURN PROCESSING
Once we have received your parcel, your refund will be processed within 30 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.
FAULITY ITEMS
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.
We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.
